To be discipline, It’s good but not easily. Time as main factor to be discipline must use efficiently. So, how to manage my time to be a quality time? There are many ways to do it.
- Write your daily and weekly activities and decide a deadline to every activity. Give a limit to every activity, such as activity1 will do in 2 hours, and etc.
- Always brings your daily activity notes to start your day.
- Before start you day, give time about 30 minutes to think about plan what you wanna do today.
- Don’t forget to give a time to sleep and take a rest for a moment every starts new activity.
- Don’t try to do multitask in same time, cause if you don’t usual to do that, it will make you fell stress.
- Don’t access social media, your phone and etc that can disturb your schedule. Also, don’t doubt to refuse other activity that no on your schedule such as take a conversation with your friends, hang-out, or whatever that.
